Description
My cocktail ode to the Oscars featuring Captain Morgan spiced rum, ginger beer, fresh citrus and mint. Cheers!
Ingredients
- ¼ cups Orange Wedges
- 2 whole Lime Wedges
- 5 whole Fresh Mint Leaves (more To Garnish)
- 1 teaspoon Raw Sugar
- 1-½ ounce, fluid Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
- Ice, To Fill Your Cocktail Glass
- 4 ounces, fluid Ginger Beer
- For Garnish: Additional Mint Leaves, Orange Wedges, Lime Wedges
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the orange wedges, lime wedges, mint and sugar. Add the rum, put the lid on and shake well.
Fill a tumbler with ice. Strain and pour the liquid from the shaker into the glass. Top with ginger beer and garnish with additional citrus wedges and mint leaves. Cheers!
