If you make cookies with whole wheat flour and margarine, you can pretend they’re healthy. Right?
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream margarine. Add peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg. Beat until well combined.
Stir in flour and baking soda. Do not over mix. Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips. Place rounded tablespoonfuls on a baking sheet 2″ apart. Bake for 13 – 15 minutes, or until edges are firm. Remove to a cooling rack.
