Description

Great for the holidays or anytime. Decadent and fun to make for friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight White Chocolate Morsels (I Use Nestle's, Any Will Work)
  • ¼ teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 2 cans (14 Oz. Size) Sweet Condensed Milk, Divided
  • 16 ounces, weight Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate Morsels (I Use Hershey's, Any Will Work)
  • ¼ cups Confectioners Sugar (Powdered Sugar)
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans, Divided (optional)

Preparation

You will need 2 microwave safe bowls. In the first bowl, add white chocolate morsels, almond extract, and half the sweet condensed milk. Stir well, cover and place in the microwave in 45-second intervals until bowl contents melts.

Repeat with the second bowl, using the dark semi sweet chocolate morsels, confectioners sugar and remaining sweet condensed milk. Stir together, cover and microwave in 45-second intervals until melted.

Add half of the chopped pecans (optional, but I always use them) into each bowl and stir with a sturdy spatula to incorporate ingredients well.

Using a 9 x 12 x 3 baking dish (I use a clear glass dish), layer the bottom with half the chocolate bowl mixture. Add half the white chocolate bowl mixture, repeat with remaining chocolate mixtures. Using a wooden skewer, make a swirl from left to right across the entire dish. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.

Cut into your desired sizes and indulge! Also makes a great gift for family or friends. Enjoy!
