Description

A delightful cookie. The perfect blend of crisp and chewy. Sweet, simple and a change from the standard chocolate chip! Add macadamia nuts to really wow a crowd!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter (soft)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ cups Brown Sugar, Light
  • 2  Eggs
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
  • 2-¼ cups Flour, All Purpose
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Size) White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Macadamia Nuts (optional)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix well, add vanilla.

Sift together dry ingredients. Turn mixer to slow (slowest possible) and gradually add dry mixture to batter.

Stir in chips (and nuts) by hand. Scoop heaping tablespoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets. Bake 12-14 minutes, until edges lightly browned.

Remove and cool on sheet 1 minute, then move to wire rack and cool completely.
