Cookies loaded with white chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and cashews!
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars together until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing in between. Then mix in the vanilla. Gently stir in flour, baking soda and salt. Mix in chips and cashews.
Drop dough by teaspoons onto a Silpat- or parchment paper-lined baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 minutes or just until edges are lightly browned. Remove pan from the oven and set it on a cooling rack. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 1-2 minutes before removing them from the pan to a cooling rack.
