This recipe only has 6 ingredients! An easy recipe that has a fun surprise in the center. You can easily dress it up with drizzled chocolate over the top of the cookie.
1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray or line with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl beat together the butter, sugars and vanilla. Slowly add the flour and mix well.
3. Form the dough into 1-inch balls and wrap each ball of dough around a Hershey’s Kiss. Place on prepared cookie sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove pan from oven and move cookies to a cooling rack for at least 5 minutes. Makes approximately 24-30 cookies.
Notes: When placing the cookies on the pan, look for the top of the Kiss by lightly pressing down to find the tip. Bake it with the flat part of the Kiss on the bottom.
