This recipe was really easy and turned out great! I was going for a tropical feel so I swapped out most of the milk for pureed banana and kiwi, and the cupcakes turned out super moist and delicious. This recipe has made me pretty popular with friends and co-workers.

This recipe is so easy and yummy! I use it as the base for my cake balls and stir in some vanilla bean buttercream frosting. *Make sure you butter & flour you pan before adding the batter.
