I LOVED these peanut butter cookies! I cut the sugar back to 3/4 cup, and I used Chunky Peanut butter instead of creamy because I didn’t have creamy peanut butter on hand! These cookies are wonderful! I will make these again

Wow, like magic! Whoever figured this out deserves a medal. Delicious, lightning fast, and not drowning in butter like most cookies. The dough is the perfect consistency for scooping with a cookie scoop, they don’t spread much on the sheet which means you can bake a lot at once, and OH, BOY, they’re yummy. A perfect use for that $0.79 jar of peanut butter I picked up this weekend. Thanks a million, mizzginn.

I tried these again with crunchy peanut butter and they were even better than the creamy ones. I also cut the sugar back to 3/4 cup and then threw in 1/4 cup rolled oats to make up the difference. Perfectly peanuty and perfectly chewy. A very fun recipe to play around with.

Okay, so these cookies were SO easy to make and SO totally yummy that I had to make them again today, only three days after making my first batch. I added semi-sweet chocolate chips to get a bit of that chocolate peanut butter cup taste, and they were delicious. Thanks again for this terrific recipe!

I just made these cookies and they turned out great! I’m so excited to now have a recipe that requires only three ingredients.

While viewing this recipe just now I accidentally touched the mitts in the rating area and caused the 5 mitt rating to go down to 4 mitts. Oppps. I’m sorry. I haven’t made these yet but will today. They sound wonderful and easy.
