Description

Six ingredients and under 30 minutes are all that stands between you and this super decadent, simple chocolate cake. Try it soon!

Ingredients

  • 1-¾ stick Salted Butter
  • 7 ounces, weight Dark Baking Chocolate
  • 4 whole Eggs
  • 1-¼ cup Sugar
  • ⅓ cups All Purpose Or Cake Flour
  • ¼ teaspoons Kosher Or Sea Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease an 8-inch springform pan.

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate and stir to combine until chocolate and butter are melted together.

Take pan off heat (turn heat off) and stir in eggs, sugar, flour, and salt. Stir quickly to prevent the eggs from scrambling.

Pour batter into springform pan and bake for 20–25 minutes until cake is bubbly on top but still jiggly at the center. Let cake cool completely in the pan.

Before slicing, remove the edge of the springform and cut slices directly from the pan. Enjoy!
