A delicious and very delicate cookie, perfect for your tea or coffee break!
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
In a mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add salt, vanilla and egg. Mix well.
Add flour little by little, until blended. The dough should be firm but not sticky or stiff. With a piping bag and a big star tip, pipe the dough in the prepared baking sheet, leaving 1 inch of space between them. With your finger, make a hole in the center of each cookie and add a little bit of the jam.
Bake 12–15 minutes. The edges should be a little bit brown.
