A great and quick coffee cake.
Preheat oven to 325ºF.
In a small bowl, stir together the topping ingredients. Set aside.
In a large bowl cream the butter and sugar. Add eggs and mix. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together the baking soda, salt, sour cream, and milk.
Add 1 cup of flour and the baking powder into the butter mixture. Next, add the sour cream mixture and stir to combine. Then mix in the remaining 2 cups flour. Mix just until combined.
Spread 1/2 of the batter into a greased 13×18 sheet pan with sides. Sprinkle 1/2 of the streusel topping over the batter. Repeat with the remaining batter and topping. Swirl through the layers with a knife.
Bake for 30–35 minutes or until done.
