Description

So easy to make but oh-so delicious! No baking! One of those tempting freezer goodies that calls your name in the middle of the night…

Ingredients

  • 1 whole (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 1 cup Shredded Coconut

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients (except coconut) together in a large bowl. Using your fingers, roll mixture in to balls the size of a ping pong ball and then roll in coconut.

Store in airtight container in the freezer for up to… hmm… I can’t say, they never last long enough to find out! These can be served directly from the freezer as they are still chewy even when frozen… I actually prefer mine that way!

* Note: if mixture is too sticky to roll just add more graham cracker crumbs.

Geezzzzzzzz………….I love anything with sweetened condensed milk. I remember as a kid I would sneak in the fridge and get a spoonful when mom wasn’t looking !!
I wonder if she noticed that the can WASN’T quite full ?
These wouldn’t last long in my house either.
Thanks……..
