The best recipe for soft and delicious Snickerdoodles. Bet you can’t eat just one.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Cream softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well. In a separate bowl combine flour and baking powder. Then add the mixture to the creamed butter, sugar and eggs. You can allow the dough to chill so that it is easier to handle. When ready, take some cookie dough and roll into balls, about 1-1 1/2 inch balls. Then roll the balls of dough around in the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Then if you’re like me, take some to your neighbors in order to keep yourself from eating them all. Seriously, I love these cookies and could eat a dozen at one time.
