A favorite summer treat in a cute little cupcake!
1. Prepare cake batter as you normally would.
2. Using half your batter, fill 24 lined cupcakes. Using half of your marshmallow fluff, add a dollop of fluff to each one then cover with remaining batter.
3. Bake as you normally would. Cupcakes are done when the marshmallow fluff, comes out the top of the cupcakes and becomes lightly browned (toasted) and leaves an empty center in the cupcakes. Let cool.
4. After they are cool, fill centers with remaining marshmallow fluff. And decorate as desired with your frosting and s’mores fixings.
Very simple and versatile, but got rave reviews when I took these to a picnic!
