Delicious and indulgent chocolate chip cookies with a graham cracker and marshmallow twist.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs.
Cream together butter and sugars, beat until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time and vanilla, beat together.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda, and graham cracker crumbs.
Gradually add flour/graham cracker mixture to butter mixture, beating until combined.
Stir in both types of chocolate chips.
Drop dough by heaping tablespoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
While cookies are baking – prep Hershey’s Chocolate bar. Snap apart the pieces and then cut them in half. You should get 24 pieces for every single bar.
Bake for 8 minutes, remove from oven.
Quickly press marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces into each cookie.
Return cookies to oven and bake for 4 minutes.
Remove from oven, cool completely.

I just made these and they are awesome! Pulled the first cookie sheet out of the oven and could hardly get the cookies off. I tore them up so bad I just let everyone “have at it”. For the others I lightly greased my cookie sheets and they came off just fine. Be careful with these, they are addicting.

I made these last night and they are beyond words.
The trick is baking them just long enough so that when you put the marshmallows on top, the cookie doesn’t get too “done” and the marshmallows have enough time to turn golden brown. Ah magical cookies. These are my new favorite cookie. For real, people.

These are wonderful. Very rich and buttery. A chocolate lovers delight. Makes one’s taste buds stand up and sing a chorus Hallelujah! Be sure to have plenty of milk on hand when eating.

My nine year old made these cookies on a rainy day and the entire family gobbled them right up! We didn’t even bother to pretend we were at a campout!
