Description

If you like a cookie that’s loaded with good things, and stays chewy, this might just be the cookie for you!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Room Temperature
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup White Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2-½ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅔ cups Milk Chocolate Chips
  • ⅔ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • ⅔ cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • ½ cups Shredded Unsweetened Coconut

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a medium bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture and stir until just blended. With a large spoon, stir in chips and coconut. Drop by teaspoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet and bake 10 min.

Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to completely cool.

Store in airtight container, enjoy with milk!
