Melt in your mouth buttery cookies. I’ve seen variations of them called Wedding Cookies or Cocoons.
Cream butter and 1/4 cup confectioner’s sugar.
Add vanilla, water and flour. Mix well and add pecans.
Form small rolls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet @ 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
While still hot, roll in sifted confectioner’s sugar..set aside on wax paper.
