Description
A favorite cookie that goes by many names. Whether for tea or weddings it sure tastes good.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Butter
- ½ cups Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2-¼ cups Flour
- ¼ teaspoons Salt
- ¾ cups Finely Chopped Pecans
Preparation
Heat oven to 350.
Mix thoroughly butter, sugar and vanilla.
Work in flour, salt and nuts until dough holds together.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set but not brown.
While still warm roll the cookies in powdered sugar. Cool.
Yield: 4 doz 1 inch cookies.

I wondered how much butter to use also, it isn’t listed in the ingredients list. This is why I love tasty kitchen more than all recipes, you can ask questions and fix your own recipes!!! GO REE!!!
