Root beer flavored cupcakes, easy stuff.
Sift together the dry ingredients. Combine milk, oil, vanilla, and root beer flavoring until you get the taste you want (start with 1 tablespoon). Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy; add eggs 1 at a time. Alternately add dry ingredients and the milk mixture to the butter mixture, mixing well between each addition. Pour batter into lined muffin tins. Bake cupcakes at 350° until a toothpick comes out clean (about 20 minutes).
