A white chocolate take on the bagged Chex Mix. I suppose you could always make your own Chex Mix first, but to save time (and hassle), I just buy the pre-bagged stuff.
Heat chocolate, or almond bark, in a double boiler. Stir constantly until melted. Remove from heat and pour over a bowl of Chex Mix. (It may help to do this in 2 batches.) Stir until Chex Mix is evenly coated. Pour onto waxed paper, spread and let cool. If you are in a hurry, stack sheets of waxed paper and freeze for 20 minutes.
Break apart into bite-size pieces and enjoy! You may also want to try colored chips, or flavored chips, or even add sprinkles while hot!
