Pumpkin chocolate fudge is a smooth and naturally sweetened delight!
In a microwave safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between. It should take about 2–3 minutes for the mix to melt.
Once coconut oil/chocolate mix is melted, add pureed pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Stir to combine.
Pour into a lined 9×5 loaf pan and set in the freezer for at least 1 hour. After the fudge has set, remove from the freezer and cut into slices. Serve or store in the fridge for up to a week.
