These delicious pumpkin bars are the perfect fall treat! Very moist and delicious. The cream cheese frosting brings out the best of pumpkin and fall!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×13 pan.
2. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl mix flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and nutmeg.
4. Pour flour mixture into pumpkin mixture and blend together.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
6. Fully cool before frosting.
7. For the frosting, wait for cream cheese and butter to come to room temperature. Blend cream cheese and butter until smooth. Add the sugar, one cup at a time (3-4 cups), and stir in vanilla.
