These little gems are totally addicting and extremely moist. The best part is that it makes around 4 dozen cookies in one fall swoop so there are plenty for everyone to snack on. And they will be snacking on them folks, until only the crumbs remain… or your money back!
Note: My dear friend Kori baked these up last summer and they were so scrumptious I couldn’t stop eating them!
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture.
Finally, stir in the chocolate and butterscotch chips. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven.
Please Note: I use silpats on top of my cookie sheets to guarantee my cookies turn out perfect every time. If you don’t already have these, they are definitely worth the investment…trust me!

Really good cookies! The pudding keeps them so soft and yummy. They were the hands down favorite here for the holidays.

Thank you so much! This did make a ton. Great for holiday baking. And my husband thought they were the best cookie he had ever had! He also suggested mixing up the different chips for different tastes. Peanut butter chips for me, white chocolate chips for him, etc. The combos are endless. Thanks!

I did try these…it made a ton of cookies! I think like 6 dozen small cookies. Very good. The batter gets very thick. Next time I might try only one package of pudding mix so they are more fudgy and less cakey but very yummy and rich!

my husband described these in one word: “intense”. they are very moist and i can’t wait to remake them using only chocolate chips. my husband and son are fans of butterscotch but i’m not so much. great cookies!

I can’t wait to try these cookies. Looks like it would make more than 36, but I could make mine smaller.
Yum.
