A very good little cookie that kinda reminds you of pecan pie.
Separate each graham cracker into four sections. Arrange in a jellyroll pan with edges touching. Melt butter in a saucepan; stir in sugar and pecans. Bring to a boil; cook for 3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Spread mixture evenly over graham crackers. Bake at 300 degrees for 12 minutes. Remove from pan, and let cool on waxed paper. Yields 3 1/2 dozen.

This stuff is soooo good….My mother-in-law brought this over and we fell in love with it! We’ve also made it with chocolate graham crackers…which made it a completely different chocolate lover’s delight. Easy and quick and everyone loves it! Great recipe!
