A recipe passed down to me from my mom that she got from one of her friends. These cookies are ALWAYS in demand!
Combine all ingredients and mix with a mixer. Mix until well-blended. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop out enough cookie balls to fill the cookie sheet, leaving about 2″ between each scoop. Place in the oven at 350F and cook for 8–10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let sit for about 5 minutes. Remove with a spatula and set on a cooling rack to cool. For best results, eat while the chocolate chips are still warm. Yum! Bet you can’t eat just one!
