Description

You are just 3 minutes away from sweet brownie heaven!

Ingredients

  • 10 Tablespoons Boxed Brownie Mix
  • 3 Tablespoons Canola Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Beaten Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • ½ teaspoons Peppermint Extract
  • Cool Whip And Crushed Candy Canes, For Garnish (optional)

Preparation

In a small bowl, mix brownie mix together with oil, egg, water and peppermint extract until well combined. Divide evenly between two greased mugs.

Microwave on high for 1 – 1 1/2 minutes or until cake starts to pull away from the sides of the mug and is puffed. (The cake should look moist still, but not like there’s any batter left.)

Cool 1 minute and remove from mug. Top warm cakes with Cool Whip and crushed candy canes. Serve immediately while still warm.
