Description

These Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies are the perfect recipe to use up leftover candy. Use any small candy bar like Snickers or Milky Ways and stuff in the best peanut butter cookie around.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2  Eggs
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 package (9.10 Oz. Size) Snickers Unwrapped Bites Or Snickers Minis

Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Beat in vanilla, eggs, and peanut butter. Mix in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and flour. Stir until combined.

Shape dough around each piece of candy, making sure the bar is completely covered. (To do this, I use a small cookie scoop and take one scoop of dough, place a Snickers bar in the center and press down gently. Then top with a second scoop of dough. Tuck dough around so no part of candy bar is visible.)

Place cookies on a large baking sheet, leaving plenty of space between. Bake 12–15 minutes at 350ºF, until edges are lightly golden brown. Do not over-bake.
