Description

I love quick and easy no bake desserts that don’t have a lot of hands on time. This peanut butter fudge is made in the microwave with only four ingredients. This candy is very hands off, it takes less than 5 minutes to put it together before it sets in the fridge.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces, fluid White Chocolate Chips
  • 1-½ cup Peanut Butter
  • 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Preparation

Place chocolate chips and peanut butter in a large microwaveable bowl. Heat in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between each interval until completely smooth.

Mix in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Pour mixture into a greased 9-inch baking dish. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Cut fudge into squares and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
