Description

You can never go wrong with a peanut butter cup in the center!

Ingredients

  • 2 sticks Butter, Softened
  • ¾ cups Peanut Butter, Crunchy Or Creamy
  • 1-¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 whole Large Egg
  • 1-¾ cup Flour
  • ¾ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 bag (12 Oz. Bag) Mini Peanut Butter Cups

Preparation

In a large bowl combine softened butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk, vanilla and egg. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix.

Using a medium-sized cookie scoop, gather a ball of the dough out. Take an unwrapped peanut butter cup out and wrap the ball of dough around it. Place on the cookie sheet. Repeat until all dough is gone.

Bake at 375ºF for 8 minutes.
