Butterscotch and peanut butter united in this no-bake cookie!
1. Melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a microwave in 30-second intervals and stir. This should take approximately 2 minutes to melt. Be careful because it can scorch easily!
2. Add cereal and raisins. Stir until coated.
3. Drop by spoonfuls on a cookie sheet lined with waxed or parchment paper.
4. Chill in the refrigerator until set.
5. Serve! Store in the refrigerator.
