They sound simple, but they are oh, so addicting.
Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
Cream together the peanut butter and butter until combined thoroughly. Add in the sugars, eggs, and vanilla and beat at medium speed until creamy. Combine the remaining dry ingredients in a separate bowl (or not) and add slowly while mixing at low speed. Stir in the chocolate chips.
Using a dough scoop, scoop out small 1-inch balls and roll them to an even sphere. (You can fit more on the pan this way and they also look more uniform and have a little more of a soft, chewy texture.) Bake at 375ºF on an ungreased baking sheet for 10–12 minutes or until golden. They will not darken, so do not overbake.
Enjoy! Try to eat only one. Bet it’s not possible.
