A rich and delicious peanut butter cookie with Reese’s peanut butter cups and chocolate chips.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. Unwrap and roughly chop Reese’s peanut butter cups. Set aside.
2. Sift together flour, salt and baking soda. Set aside.
3. Cream butter, peanut butter, brown sugar and sugar together until mixture is lightened in color. Add in eggs and vanilla.
4. Gradually add dry ingredients until well incorporated. Add chopped candy and chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
5. Drop by 2-tablespoon scoops onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Gently smoosh each cookie with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
6. Bake for approximately 10-12 minutes or until the edges are just slightly browned. Allow to sit on the cookie sheet for 2 minutes before transfering them to a cooling rack.
Makes about 4 dozen cookies.
