Description

Tastes like a favorite Minnesota candy bar!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces, weight Jar Of Dry Roasted Peanuts
  • 10 ounces, weight Package Peanut Butter Chips*
  • ¼ cups Butter (1/2 Stick)
  • 1 can 14 Oz. Sweetened Condensed Milk, (not Evaporated)
  • 1 bag Mini Marshmallows (10 Oz.)

Preparation

*The recipe actually calls for a 12 oz. bag, but they reduced the size of the bags being sold. You can use a 10 oz., or buy two bags and use 12 oz. This is what I do. Both work.

Grease a 9×13 pan. (I use butter)

Layer 1/2 jar of peanuts in greased pan.

In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave peanut butter chips and 1/4 c. butter for 2 minutes on high.

Add sweetened condensed milk to bowl. Microwave 1 more minute on high. Stir.

Add the bag of marshmallows to bowl and mix well.

Spread carefully over peanuts using waxed paper. (I use a glass bread pan. I grease the outside-bottom with butter and press the mixture out carefully.)

Top with last 1/2 jar of peanuts and press down gently with waxed paper (or greased loaf pan, like me).

Refrigerate until chilled (about 2-4 hours). Cut into bars. Enjoy!
