Description

It tastes like an Oreo, it tastes like a sugar cookie … it tastest just plain good.

Ingredients

  • 1-½ cup Butter, Softened
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 5 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons Almond Extract
  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 cup Oreo Cookies, Crushed

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
2. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar.
3. Add eggs, vanilla and almond extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
4. In a large Ziploc bag put flour, salt and baking powder. Close the bag and shake until combined.
5. Snip off the tip of the Ziploc bag and slowly pour into the butter and sugar mixture. Mix until fully combined.
6. Fold in crushed Oreos.
7. Scoop by the tablespoonful onto a lined baking/cookie sheet.
8. Bake for 10 minutes.
9. Remove and let cool.

Really good! But next time I’m going to reduce or leave out the almond extract. Just a bit too much almond.

Delicious! I would only recommend reducing or omitting the almond extract. Other than that, they’re very good. Had to cook them for 13 minutes total.
