These brownies are rich and moist and fudgy, not the cheap caky kind you find at the grocery store or out of a box!
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line the bottom of an 8- or 9-inch pan (depending how thick you prefer your brownies) with aluminum foil.
2. Microwave the chocolate squares and butter in a large bowl in 30-second increments for a total of 2 minutes. Make sure to mix at each interval!
3. Whisk in sugars. Add eggs one at a time. Then add vanilla.
4. Add flour and a pinch of salt.
5. Pour into prepared pan and cook for about 40-44 minutes.
