Description

Don’t you love oatmeal cookies? These are souped up with chocolate-covered raisins!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • 2 whole Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1-¾ cup All-purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 12 ounces, weight (1 1/2 Cups) Chocolate Covered Raisins

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugars together. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until combined. Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and oats. Beat until combined. Stir in chocolate-covered raisins. Scoop onto cookie sheets with a cookie scoop or in 1 1/2-inch balls about 2-inches apart. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to cool.
