Description

These are my favorite oatmeal chocolate chip cookies thus far. My favorite is 1/2 milk chocolate chips and 1/2 dried cranberries…mmm!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cups All-purpose Flour
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Powder
  • ⅛ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • ⅛ teaspoons Salt
  • ⅓ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Or Milk Chocolate Chips
  • ⅓ cups Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Quick-cooking Or Old-fashioned Oats
  • ½ cups Semi-sweet, Peanut Butter Chips, White Chips, Or Dried Cranberries
  • ½ cups (1 Stick) Butter, Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 whole Egg, Slightly Beaten

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375°.

In large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, chocolate chips, brown sugar, oats, and peanut butter chips. Mix.

Add butter, egg, and vanilla. Stir until well mixed.

Drop dough by heaping teaspoons 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
