Description

Peanut butter balls made even easier.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Nutter Butter Cookies
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
  • 1 package Chocolate Candy Coating

Preparation

Finely crush cookies in a food processor or place them in a Ziploc bag and crush into a fine consistency.

Combine with softened cream cheese. Use the back of a large spoon to help mash the two together.

Roll the mixture into 1″ balls and place on wax paper covered cookie sheet.

Melt chocolate candy coating as directed on the package and then dip balls into chocolate with a spoon. Tap off excess coating and slide balls on wax paper covered cookie sheet to dry.

Once dry, refrigerate and enjoy!

Really enjoyed this recipe, thanks! Have had the Oreo balls never thought of using Nutter Butter cookies. Especially loved them straight out of the fridge!

I made these Saturday night with my kids. They were so easy, fun, and absolutely delicious. There are only two left! We will definitely be making these again.

Easy to make… crushing the cookies was great for taking out frustrations! Mine seemed a little dry, but that’s probably because I had to wait a day to cover them in chocolate (the hubs ate all of my chocolate chips and didn’t tell me). I didn’t have coating chocolate, so I melted semi-sweet chips with a bit of parafin to give it that shiny candy coating.

These are delicious! I sprinkled just a bit of coarse sea salt on the top and awesome too!

These were yummy! People at my chocolate and cheese party loved them. I froze them and took them over the border and they kept well.
