Description

I love these chocolatey, creamy and easy-to-make doughnuts.

Ingredients

  • 300 grams Flour
  • 30 grams Powdered Cocoa
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 2  Eggs
  • 4 Tablespoons Powdered Sugar
  • 100 milliliters Buttermilk
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 5 Tablespoons Nutella, Or As Needed
  • 200 milliliters Vegetable Oil, For Frying

Preparation

First, combine all the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder and baking soda and sieve.

In a separate bowl, mix eggs with sugar. Stir in buttermilk and melted butter. Add flour mixture gradually, until all flour has been added. Knead the dough, constantly dusting your hand and working surface with flour.

With a rolling pin, make a 3mm thick dough sheet and cut circles around 5 cm in diameter. Add some cold Nutella to each, and close into a ball.

Fry the balls over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
