These healthy treats are quick to throw together and they are so good for you! They are also gluten free!
In a medium bowl, mix together the peanut butter, honey, vanilla, salt, and almond flour until thoroughly combined. Stir in chopped chocolate.
Roll into tablespoon sized balls and set on a sheet of parchment paper. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
