No-bake peanut butter and oatmeal cookies
In a saucepan, bring butter, sugar, milk, and cocoa to a boil for one minute. To make sure cookies set up properly wait until mixture comes to a complete FULL boil and then start the timer for one minute. Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter, vanilla, and oats. Stir well and drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper or parchment paper. Let them set up and cool. Then eat!

These are fabulous! I had to force myself to stop eating them! So delicious! Thank you.

I love these, and I’m so glad I found a recipe for no-bakes that doesn’t call for coconut – they were delicious and devoured immediately. Thanks!

This is a little different than the recipe I use, sounds yummy! My husband calls them “doo-doo” cookies. Will be on this weekends cooking plan, thanks!

I remember these so well from my childhood. My mom would even send me a box of no bake cookies when I was in college. They usually arrived in one big glob, but we devoured them anyway!
