Chocolate goodness!
In a medium pan with high sides, combine milk, margarine, sugar, and cocoa powder. Cook on medium heat until mixture comes to a rolling boil. Once a rolling boil starts, cook for 2 minutes. Take off heat, add cinnamon, vanilla, oats, and peanut butter. Mix well, scoop to desired size onto waxed paper. Let cool 2-3 hours depending on size of cookies. When scooped into tablespoon-size cookies, this recipe yields approximately 100 cookies.
