Description

Super yummy cookies that contain everything but the kitchen sink!

Ingredients

  • 3 whole Eggs
  • 1-¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • ½ teaspoons Vanilla
  • 12 ounces, weight Chunky Or Creamy Peanut Butter (I Like It Chunky)
  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 4-½ cups Quick-cooking Oatmeal (not Instant)
  • ½ cups M&Ms
  • ½ cups Chocolate Chips (I Like Milk Chocolate Chips)
  • ½ cups White Chocolate Chips
  • ¼ cups Butterscotch Chips
  • ¼ cups Toffee Bits
  • ¼ cups Raisins (optional—I Can't Stand The Little Buggers)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper or just spray really well.

In a very large mixing bowl, combine the eggs and sugars. Mix well. Add the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter. Mix well. Stir in the m&ms, chocolate chips, everything but the kitchen sink, baking soda, and oatmeal. Drop balls of dough 2 inches apart onto the prepared cookie sheets. I like to make mine pretty big.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Do not over bake. Let stand for about 3 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool.

P.S. You can add anything you want: nuts, fruits, different candies. They always turn out great!

Wow, I never realized that Monster Cookies didn’t contain flour! Now I can make a great treat for my GF sister when she visits!

These are tasty and the recipe is definitely a keeper. I didn’t have M&Ms or Toffee bits so I used about 1c each of chocolate chips and butterscotch chips, 1/4 cup of Reeses Pieces that were languishing in the pantry, and a 1/2 cup of chopped white chocolate.
The dough wasn’t a huge hit with my DH, but he enjoyed the cookies and thought that they tasted almost more “granola bar”-ish than “cookie”.

Great cookies. I had never thought to add toffee chips before and they make all the difference.

Great recipe! I love that I can add whatever that I have on hand. It was so easy to make too……I’m always hesitant with cookies that contain no flour, but this one turned out great!
