These cookies are delicious. Light and fluffy with a yummy frosting. Bet you can’t eat just one.
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add egg and pumpkin, mix well. Add remaining dry ingredients. Drop by rounded spoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 – 12 minutes. Cool before frosting.
Frosting: mix softened margarine and powdered sugar. Add granulated sugar, egg and vanilla until well mixed. The egg in the frosting is raw. Don’t be afraid.
