Simple and delicious, this is a perfect emergency treat that rivals its cafe competitors!
Heat oven to 350F.
Mix three main ingredients.
Then, you have a choice of mix-ins.
My favorite combination includes:
1/4 c chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
1/4 c white chocolate pieces
1/4 c nuts (pecan or walnut)
An easier option (a favorite for kids):
3/4 c M&Ms
Place onto a cookie sheet in small balls. Bake for 8-10 minutes and allow to settle/cool for one minute before removing from the sheet.
These look and taste like gourmet cafe cookies, but take almost no effort at all. I’ve used this recipe in a pinch on several occasions.

There is another variation my friend tried–use red velvet cake mix and white chocolate chips (pictured). Mmm.
