An easy and tasty cookie that’s great to bring to a cookie swap during the holidays.
Cover crackers with almonds. Combine sugar and butter. Boil three minutes. Remove from heat. Add almond flavoring to the syrup. Pour over the crackers. Bake at 325 degrees for ten minutes. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let set one minute and spread. Cut into squares and remove to a plate to cool.
