Description

Just your basic Chocolate Chip Cookie with a little minty twist or two!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter
  • ¾ cups Sugar
  • ¾ cups Brown Sugar
  • ⅓ cups Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Mint Extract
  • 1-½ cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1-½ cup White Chocolate Chips

Preparation

In a bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt. Mix with a wire whisk and set aside. Cream butter, sugar and brown sugar in an electric mixer. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add sour cream and extract, mix well. Gradually add the dry ingredients. Stir in the chocolate chips. Spoon by rounded tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake at 350ºF for 9–11 minutes. Yields approximately 4 dozen cookies.
