These mini cookies are packed full of nuts and chocolate. They’re absolutely tiny and take no time at all to make.
Preheat the oven to 180 C (350 F). Butter two baking sheets.
Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt in a medium-sized bowl. In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar at high speed with an electric mixer until creamy. Add in the egg and the vanilla and beat until just combined.
Mix in the dry ingredients. Then add the chocolate and nuts. Drop teaspoon-sized balls of mixture onto the baking sheets, leaving about 1 inch in between. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes, until firm to touch and lightly golden. Transfer to wire racks to cool.
