Description

Whenever I visit my local Fresh Market store I always wander back to the bakery and one of my very favorite cookies that they make and bake on sight is The Kitchen Sink Cookie. A cookie with a little bit of everything in it.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups Brown Sugar
  • ½ cups Sugar
  • ¾ cups Creamy Peanut Butter
  • ½ cups Butter, Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 whole Large Eggs
  • 2-¼ cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chunks
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Chip Morsels
  • 1 cup Pretzel Sticks, Broken Into Pieces

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.

In a large bowl using a mixer, mix together brown sugar, sugar, peanut butter, butter, vanilla and eggs until creamy. Pour in the flour, baking soda and salt. Beat until the dough is mixed well.

Gently stir in the chocolate chunks, white chocolate chips and pretzel pieces.

Spoon the mixture into the 9×13 pan. Using a spatula, smooth the cookie dough evenly in the pan. Bake for 20 minutes until it begins to turn a light golden brown. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting.

Mmmmmm….I made these for a potluck tonight. Didn’t have any white chips so I used M&Ms….yeah, it was good.
