Coffee flavored cookies with Hershey’s Cookies and Cream drops and Kahlua.
Preheat oven to 375 F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine sugars, espresso powder, butter, baking soda, salt, Kahlua and vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Carefully, mix in flour, cocoa powder and chopped cookies and cream drops.
Drop by rounded tablespoonful onto baking sheets leaving about 2 inches between each. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until cookies are set. Remove from oven and allow to cool.
